Richard is a full-time Project Manager at ImageX supporting twenty organizations within our not-for-profit portfolio. He supports a wide range of client requests and issues related to their website, content management system, and hosting. He helps identify and recommend technical solutions based on their requirements and works with our development team to implement these solutions. Richard is very passionate about providing great customer service and our helping clients exceed their goals for their website. He holds a Management Diploma and has taught himself the latest technologies to keep up with recent trends and developments. Richard has previously worked for Furlong Business Solutions, which provides a market-leading Management Information System (MIS) for Academies, Independent and International schools in the UK and worldwide.
